Raghu Bhat

After completing his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Raghu started his career in Berger Paints, as a management trainee. He chucked that to join advertising, because as he reasoned - “any job that lets u come to work in jeans and chappals can't be all that bad.”

Manish Bhatt

Manish started his career as a site engineer at Gujarat State Fertilizer Corporation plant after a Diploma in Civil Engineering. But he soon got bored with, in his own words, “machines, boilers and chimneys” and decided to enter the world of advertising.

On completion of his Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from M. S. University of Baroda, he joined Contract - New Delhi in 1995.

Joy Sengupta

A CFA by profession, Arunav aka Joy, started his career with Citi Bank, as an Investment Banker. After a one year stint in banking he traded money for ideas and joined McCann Ericsson in account management. Today, 12 years later, after honing his skills across India’s leading advertising agencies, he is pursuing his dream to shape his own agency.
